Takayuki Nakamura

After graduating from Nagoya University in 2002, he joined Recruit Co., Ltd. (now Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd.) He led business strategy and new business development in the travel division, and subsequently held key leadership roles as Division Head and Product Owner in the beauty and human resources businesses. In 2021, he joined Medley Inc. as a Senior Vice President, overseeing the medical platform business. He joined BuySell Technologies Co., Ltd. in July 2025.

Yuki Akiyama

After working at UBS Securities, joined the hedge fund Speedwell / Nezu. In 2017, worked as a portfolio manager for Japanese equities at Millennium Capital, a US hedge fund. Engaged in investment business for startups from 2019. Partner at Globe Advisor Ventures. Scheduled to take office as an outside director in March, 2022.

Tsuneo Watanabe

Joined Nihon M&A Center Holdings Inc. in 2008 and closed over 100 M&A deals during his tenure. In 2020, he became a Director of Nihon M&A Center Holdings Inc. Appointed as an outside director of the Company in March 2024.

Taichi Hattori

After working at Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, he joined Recruit Co., Ltd. in 2006. Subsequently, he was seconded to Indeed, Inc. in the United States, where he served as Director and CFO, before becoming Director and CFO of SHIFT Co., Ltd. in 2019. He will assume the position of Outside Director of our company in March 2026.

Mami Suzuki

Graduated from the Faculty of Education, Nagoya University. After joining Shin Nihon Audit Corporation (currently Shin Nihon LLC), worked as an accounting auditor. After engaging in headhunting work at a recruitment agency, worked as an accounting auditor and financial DD at a small - medium-sized audit firm. Since 2014, was engaged in M&A advisory and valuation work at KPMG FAS Co., Ltd. During that time, was seconded to a major general trading company and engaged in investment-related support work for the sales department. From April 2021, appointed as a full-time corporate auditor of the Company. Certified public accountant. Current position from March 2022.

Mika Horasawa

Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Chuo University. Admitted to the bar in 1999. Partner of Harago Sogo Law Office. Specializing in consumer issues, served as a Special Member of the Dispute Resolution Committee of the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan since April 2017, and as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Department of Sociology of Daito Bunka University since April 2022. Kayo Gado

After working for Nippon Life Insurance Company, joined J-COM Co., Ltd. (currently Like Co., Ltd.) in 2006, spending seven years of her tenure as a director. Takuya Oguri

After graduating from Ritsumeikan University in 2006, he joined En Japan Inc. (now En Inc.) After working in sales and product planning, he joined Recruit Marketing Partners Co., Ltd. Yoshiki Takatsuka

After graduating from Keio University in 2009, joined Recruit Co., Ltd. (now Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd.) and gained experience in sales. In 2013, he moved to Corporate Planning, where he was responsible for planning and executing company-wide strategies as a department head. Subsequently, he concurrently served as the business unit head for the baby and maternity sector and the sales planning and business planning department head for the bridal sector, gaining experience in business management through various models. From 2022, as Vice President of the Human Resources/HRBP department, he led the updating of company-wide talent management/systems and organizational strategies. In May 2026, he joined BuySell Technologies Co., Ltd.

Kazuya Ida

After graduating from the University of Tokyo in 1998, he joined Recruit Co., Ltd. (now Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd.). He was engaged in sales planning and product planning in the automotive division, and later led business revitalization efforts as Head of Business Planning. From 2012, he served as General Manager of Corporate Planning and Human Resources at Recruit Marketing Partners Co., Ltd. In 2019, he was appointed COO of WAmazing Inc. He joined BuySell Technologies Co., Ltd. in July 2025.

Yuta Yamashita

After graduating from Kyoto University in 2014, he joined Recruit Marketing Partners Co., Ltd. (now Recruit Co., Ltd.), where he worked in sales and sales planning for the online education service Study Sapuri. In 2019, he transitioned to A.T. Kearney K.K., focusing on consulting projects in the consumer and retail practice. He later held business development roles at Cookpad Inc. and SHIFT Inc., before joining BuySell Technologies Co., Ltd. in October 2024.

Ayano Eto

After graduating from the University of Tokyo in 2005, she joined Recruit Co., Ltd. (now Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd.), where she was involved in business planning, product planning, and business development for the wedding information service Zexy. She later served as Head of Human Resources at Recruit Marketing Partners Co., Ltd. In 2023, she joined BizReach, Inc., where she contributed to the revision of HR systems and the renewal of talent management policies. She joined BuySell Technologies Co., Ltd. in November 2024.

Soma Tanaka

After graduating from Kobe University in 2006, he joined En Japan Inc. (now En Inc.) He began his career in corporate sales in the mid-career recruitment support department, and transferred to the marketing department in 2009. He was involved in the marketing of 13 brands, including job search websites. In 2015, he was promoted to Head of Marketing, and in 2022, he was appointed Executive Officer, leading a marketing organization of approximately 70 members. He joined BuySell Technologies Co., Ltd. in July 2025.

Tomoki Shibahara

Completed graduate studies at Nagoya University in 2007. Joined Recruit Co., Ltd. (now Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd.) and was involved in sales and product planning in the human resources business. Subsequently, as General Manager of Business Planning and Vice President, he was responsible for the growth strategies and business promotion of multiple services. From 2024, he was seconded to Indeed Japan Co., Ltd., where he led business growth as Head of Revenue Strategy. He joined BuySell Technologies Co., Ltd. in May 2026.

Kengo Ozaki

After graduating from the School of Law of the University of Tokyo in 2010, he practiced corporate law at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, focusing on capital markets and M&A transactions, and was seconded to Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities. He later served as Legal Head at SmartNews, Inc. and as Vice President in charge of the Legal & Compliance Division at MEDLEY, INC. He joined BuySell Technologies in September 2025.
He is admitted to the bar in Japan and the State of California.
